Role: Design Executive
Location: Bangalore
Department: Design Projects
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Qualification: B.Arch / Diploma in Design / Equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare layout plans, detailed drawings, and elevations within defined timelines.
- Conduct site visits to take measurements, assess progress, and make necessary drawing revisions.
- Develop 3D visualizations of the proposed premises as per design concepts.
- Coordinate with vendors for design execution, materials, and on-site requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Projects, Procurement, and Operations to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare and maintain BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for ongoing and upcoming sites.
- Ensure adherence to brand design guidelines and quality standards across all deliverables.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.
- Strong sense of design detailing, spatial planning, and material selection.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple project timelines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Retail, F&B, or a Design Consultancy firm.
- Exposure to fit-out or interior design projects will be an added advantage.
