Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Architect located in Mumbai. The Design Architect will be responsible for creating design concepts, developing architectural plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects seamlessly. Responsibilities include drafting, detailing, and overseeing project development to ensure adherence to client specifications and project requirements. The role also involves organizing and coordinating with stakeholders for the successful execution of architectural projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in design tools including CAD software, 3D modeling software, and other architectural drafting and visualization tools
- Strong skills in architectural planning, detailing, and problem-solving in line with creative and functional project requirements
- Experience in project management, effective coordination with cross-functional teams, and meeting project deadlines
- Ability to research and incorporate sustainable design practices into projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an aptitude for collaborating with clients and stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- License to practice as an architect, where applicable, is an advantage
- Experience in handling large-scale projects and prior involvement in design projects within India is preferred
- + 6 - +9 years of experience in same field
