Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Design Architect for a full-time, on-site position located in Worli, Mumbai. The Design Architect will be responsible for the conceptualization and development of architectural designs, preparing construction drawings, and managing design processes. The candidate will collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and functional design solutions that meet project requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

47 years of relevant professional experience in architectural practice

Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, detailing, and construction documentation

Experience in managing projects from design development to execution

Proficiency in preparing and coordinating construction drawings and working drawings

Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

Good command over relevant architectural and design software

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
