Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Design Architect to develop high-quality 3D visualizations and architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to translate concepts into realistic 3D presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D models, walkthroughs, and renderings for architectural projects.
- Prepare concept designs, schematic layouts, and presentation drawings.
- Convert 2D drawings into high-quality 3D visualizations.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and project standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction detailing.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and space planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 38 years of relevant experience in 3D architectural design within construction or real estate companies.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in residential, commercial, or township projects.
- Exposure to high-rise buildings, villas, and mixed-use developments.
- Experience working with developers, consultants, and contractors.
