Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Design Architect located in Mumbai. The Senior Design Architect will lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, develop construction drawings, oversee design management processes, and ensure projects align with creative and functional goals. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to innovative methodologies for project execution while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architectural Design and Architecture for managing complex design undertakings
• Proficiency in Design Management with the ability to combine creativity and practicality in delivering high-quality projects
• Strong skills in Construction Drawings, ensuring accurate and efficient representation of design plans
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Experience in managing projects with a balance of modern aesthetics and functional design principles
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related discipline
• Familiarity with modern design software and tools, and understanding of building regulations and codes
