Design Architect

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Design Architect for a full-time, on-site position in Mumbai. The Design Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, managing design projects from concept to execution, and preparing detailed construction drawings. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, while maintaining the company's high standards of design innovation and functionality. This role requires creativity, precision, and excellent organizational skills to contribute to the successful completion of our architectural projects.

• Strong skills in Architectural Design, Design Management, and a thorough understanding of Architecture principles
• Proficiency in creating precise Construction Drawings and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and teams
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities in managing complex architectural projects
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools is highly desirable
• Prior experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects is an advantage
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
