Position: Design Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring that the design aligns with client requirements and project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural design concepts and presentations for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients during the design process.
• Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and standards.
• Review and modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Assist in preparing design documentation and project reports.
• Support the project team in design-related site discussions and clarifications.

Required Skills:

• Strong design and visualization skills.
• 4+ years of experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or other architectural software.
• Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks within deadlines.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in architectural design.
