We-Are-Hiring: Design Architect
- Job location: Corporate -Thane office
- Edu qualification: B. Arch/ M Arch
- Experience: 8 to 12 years has worked in design architect, complex projects, Industrial projects, warehouse, power plant, factories etc.
Job Overview:
8 to 12 years experience in architectural design of commercial buildings, institutional buildings, airports, and industrial/factory projects. Proven experience in design and build projects.

Key responsibilities:
- interiors of special buildings detailed drawings
- Well versed will statutory rules and regulations
- Aware of Greens buildings certification compliances
- Develop architectural designs and plans for industrial buildings.
- Create concept designs, including landscape and interior design elements.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using SketchUp and Revit.
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Present design concepts and plans to clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Desired Skills, Competencies :
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as SketchUp and Revit.
- Strong understanding of building regulations and sustainability standards (NBC, LEED, IGBC).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
