Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Architect based in Mumbai. The Design Architect will be responsible for creating and executing architectural designs that align with project requirements and client needs. Responsibilities include managing design processes, developing construction drawings, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to quality and sustainability standards. The role involves a collaborative approach to delivering projects within timelines and budgets while embracing innovative and functional designs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architectural Design and Architecture
- Experience in Design Management and conceptualizing innovative solutions
- Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings and technical documentation
- Exceptional Communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients
- Proficient in relevant architectural and design software tools
- Attention to detail and a strong understanding of sustainability principles
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in local zoning regulations and building codes is a plus
- Prior experience in urban planning or similar projects is advantageous
