Role Overview We are looking for a Cosmetologist with 2 to 4 years of experience in advanced skincare and injectable aesthetics. You will play a key role in our skin and aesthetics vertical, delivering high-quality facial treatments, skin therapies, and filler procedures to our premium clientele while ensuring natural-looking, personalized results.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced facial treatments including chemical peels, HIFU, MNRF, etc.
- Administer dermal fillers, botox, PDRN, PRP, etc.
- Conduct detailed skin assessments and consultations to understand client goals, identify concerns, and recommend the right treatment approach.
- Deliver skin rejuvenation treatments such as microneedling, pigmentation correction, and anti-aging facials.
- Create personalized treatment plans that combine cosmetology services with other aesthetic offerings for the best possible results.
- Guide clients on medical-grade skincare, at-home routines, and maintenance between sessions.
- Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, products, and innovations in cosmetology and injectable aesthetics.
- Collaborate with our in-house dermatologists, nutritionists, fitness experts, physiotherapists, and mental wellness professionals to offer clients a complete beauty and wellness experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, sterilization, and clinical safety across all procedures.
- Support retail skincare recommendations and contribute to revenue targets.
- Build lasting client relationships through trust, consistency, and an elevated experience.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Cosmetology from a recognized institution.
- Certification in dermal filler administration from a recognized aesthetic medicine academy.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a premium clinic, med-spa, or luxury salon with a strong focus on advanced skin treatments and injectables.
- Hands-on expertise in dermal fillers, chemical peels, advanced facials, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Good understanding of facial anatomy, skin types, contraindications, and product ingredients.
- A strong aesthetic eye and attention to detail.
- Warm, approachable communication style that puts clients at ease.
- Comfortable working in a luxury, service-oriented environment with high-net-worth clients.
