About The Opportunity
Healthcare Outpatient Dermatology & Skin Care sector. A patient-focused dermatology clinic serving urban Noida communities, offering medical and cosmetic dermatology services including minor procedures, aesthetic treatments, and continuity outpatient care. We seek a skilled consultant dermatologist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care during a dedicated 4-hour on-site shift at Gaur City, Noida.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient dermatology consultations during the assigned 4-hour on-site shift at Gaur City, Noida.
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of skin, hair, and nail disorders (medical and cosmetic) and develop appropriate treatment and follow-up plans.
- Perform office-based procedures including skin biopsies, cryotherapy, electrosurgery, chemical peels and injectables; escalate complex cases appropriately.
- Document clinical findings, treatment plans and consent in the clinic EMR; ensure accurate coding and medico-legal compliance.
- Work closely with nursing and front-desk teams to optimise patient flow, appointment scheduling and post-procedure care.
- Adhere to infection control, safety protocols and equipment maintenance; report supply or device requirements promptly.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- MBBS with MD/DNB (Dermatology) or equivalent qualification; valid medical registration in India.
- Proven experience in outpatient dermatology with hands-on exposure to minor surgical and procedural dermatology.
- Proficiency in diagnosis and management of common dermatologic conditions (acne, eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo, fungal infections, hair disorders).
- Competence in office procedures: skin biopsy techniques, cryotherapy, electrocautery and basic cosmetic procedures.
- Ability to maintain accurate EMR documentation, informed consent and follow clinic protocols for safety and privacy.
- Available to work a 4-hour on-site consulting shift at Gaur City, Noida; patient-centric and time-efficient clinical approach.
Preferred
- Experience with dermatologic lasers and phototherapy.
- Training or prior practice in cosmetic dermatology procedures (fillers, advanced injectables, chemical peels).
- Familiarity with teledermatology platforms and outpatient EMR systems.
