Job Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key institutional clients across banking, insurance, asset management, and non-banking sectors
  • Deep understanding of regulations around the structures and derivative products including FX, interest rate, and commodity derivatives is crucial for relationship management
  • Monitor global and domestic financial markets to provide timely market intelligence and trade ideas to clients
  • Work closely with risk, legal, operations, and compliance teams for seamless execution
  • Drive sales targets and revenue growth through cross-selling and deepening client engagement
  • Identify new opportunities within the FI segment to expand market coverage

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-12 years of relevant work experience within treasury sales and derivative instruments
  • Understanding of derivative instruments (FX, Interest Rate Swaps, Options, FRAs, etc.) and treasury products is a must have
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with proven sales acumen
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (RBI, SEBI, Basel norms)
