Role Purpose
End to end Program Management of WhatsApp and API Gateway.
Role Accountability
- Platform Owner of WhatsApp
- Define the SBI card WhatsApp Product vision, strategy and RoadMap
- Gather, manages and Prioritizes the Requirements.
- Work Closely with Marketing, Customer service team, and IT to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Keep updated with latest innovative features launched on Whatsapp and get it implemented on SBI Card WhatsApp handle.
- Keep updated with Industry Trend and get it implemented.
- Work with external third parties to assess partnership and licensing oppurtunities.
- Arranging WhatsApp Governing Council for SMT update on WhatsApp
- Managing WhatsApp campaigns.
- Managing WhatsApp PICS platform which Core IT application for SBI Card WhatsApp handle
- Ensure Compliance on WhatsApp
- Ensure Availably of WhatsApp platform for SBI card
- Design appropriate metrics for reporting on key performance and quality indicators, particularly in terms of in-depth trend analysis
- Technical knowledge on Java, Microservices(Spring Boot Framework),API's will be added advantage.
- Manage project timelines and cost ensuring highest quality and adherence to technology best practices and IT security requirements
- Manage development partners to deliver projects with best possible quality and well with in time & budget. Person is expected to review design and code delivered by the partner
- Technology Governance of SPInE and API Gateway:
Build and govern SBI Card API strategy using the latest SOA principles & leveraging the right tools to meet business objectives - Reusability, Lower time to market & lower total cost of ownership. Create a comprehensive strategy and plan to upgrade/maintain our API infrastructure and toolset

- No of Key projects and programs delivered
- Deliver assigned activities with best quality and within the desired timelines.
- Ensure First Time Right delivery in production for the projects/tasks assigned to him/her
- Ensure high availability of SPINE and API Gateway
- Successful IT deliveries for the business with Zero customer and financial issues
- Robust and simplified business processes
- Zero functional and technical defects in all the project implementations
Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications
- Strong Knowledge of API Concepts, SOA Principles, Oracle Service Bus 12c ,SOA Sutite 12 C and Google APIGE
- Strong Knowledge of SpringBoot Microservice, Rabbit MQ,Redis Cache,Oracle PL/SQL
- Certifications (Good to have)
- Oracle SOA Certified
Competencies critical to the role
- Functional and Technical understanding of Digital Front end application (Chatbot, Website or Mobile app)
- Proficient in managing applications with 3 - tier architecture
- Good Project Management skills
- Good Communication Skills
