Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Solution Assessment:
- Define and assess solutions required to achieve strategic goals, capture new opportunities, and gain competitive advantages.
- Assess business cases for new strategic and investment opportunities.
- Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business requirements.
Thought Leadership & Innovation:
- Support thought leadership development on leading innovations and their applications.
- Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems where analysis requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Help solve key business problems through architecture transformation, mapping current state to future enterprise environment.
Organizational Support & Reporting:
- Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g., shifts in strategic focus).
- Support Technology Head with ad-hoc reports, administration, compliance, risk presentations, and communication.
- Manage performance metrics and develop future metrics across Technology verticals.
- Perform financial analysis for strategic initiatives, including headcount-related reporting and analysis.
Governance & Coordination:
- Coordinate and facilitate all technology forums, including Board meetings, IT Strategy Committees, and IT Steering Committees.
