Duties And Responsibilities
- Strong application development skills i.e. API, object orientated programming languages
- Relevant experience in IT Transition/Solutions
- Experienced in contact center IT infrastructure solutions or transitions
- Should have sound knowledge of Network, Voice, server, storage etc.
- Should have sound knowledge of contact center IT infrastructure landscape
- Should have in-depth knowledge of IVR design, telephony infrastructure, multi-media contact routing, self -service applications, IVR integration, predictive dialer
- Should have sound knowledge about CRM and tools for integration with CRM software
- Should have knowledge about Computer Telephony Integration, Web services
- Should have knowledge about multi-channel and omni-channel contact center setup
- Should have managed IT infrastructure projects (Network/Telecom/ Server compute)
- Rich experience of Pre-sales / Project Management in contact center IT infrastructure domain
