Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales strategies for chemical plant & process equipment and process packages.
  • Generate new business opportunities through client acquisition, networking, and lead conversion.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients and provide tailored solutions to their operational needs.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to deliver client-specific proposals and technical presentations.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new areas for growth.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualification and Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • 68 years of B2B sales experience in the chemical or food/ pharmaindustries & industrial plant equipment sector.
  • Broad understanding of chemical plant operations and related machinery.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and industrial expos.
