  1. Discover the business opportunities and meet the concerned customers at all levels to establish good relationships.
  2. Generate New Customers & Enquiries
  3. Sales Planning (Define Sales processes, policies and strategies) & its Execution
  4. Define and monitor sales targets
  5. Track all Sales Activities, conduct shop floor trials and share value proposition to customer
  6. Basic Customer Support & Coordination with Support Team
  7. Growth through various business opportunities & by providing valuable suggestions
  8. Customer Requirement Understanding & Sign off in case of new solution
  9. Customer Engagement, Entertainment & Knowledge Sharing
  10. Handle distributors as well as appoint new distributors or resellers
  11. Can courtesy visits to potential customers
  12. Monitor competitive activity and report significant developments to management
  13. Maintain a good relationship with distributors and support to boost the business

Skills Required

  1. Degree/diploma holder in the plastic/polymer industry - 2 to 5 years, B.Sc. with chemistry - 5 to 8 years, Experience in Release agent or additive selling will be preferable.
  2. Experience in the composite industry and Rubber industry
  3. Related experience of FRP
  4. Excellent skills of Sales & Marketing, Communication, Leadership & Management
  5. Opportunity to work with remote locations
  6. Candidate, must be ready to travel anywhere in the country
