We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil DPM with proven expertise in executing high-rise residential/commercial building projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, site management, planning, cost control, and ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete project planning, scheduling, and execution of high-rise building projects
- Site supervision and coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure quality control as per structural and architectural drawings
- Monitor project budget, cost control, billing, and material management
- Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations
- Client coordination and progress reporting
- Handling government approvals and liaison (if required)
Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in high-rise building construction
- Strong knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, MEP coordination
- Experience in handling projects of 10+ floors preferred
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD preferred
- Risk management and problem-solving during execution
