OverviewThis role is responsible for supporting end to end TPM process for one of the international markets.
Responsibilities- Analysis of competitor trade spend and pricing
- Collect and monitor competitor promotions and share towards stakeholders
- Track performance and forecast of customer margins
- Support the annual promotions plans proposal
- Create the promotion plans in internal systems
- Make adjustment to the promotional plans
- Calculate & communicate promo pricing
- Input, update and track the relevant promotions in planning systems
- Adapt volumes estimations based on guidelines from DP and Sales
- Input, update Trade Spends for promotions in planning system
- Tracking and follow-up of promo validation in planning system
- Calculation of RSP's in planning system
- Tracking and logging tickets for issues in planning system
- Communication to Field Sales Force about planned promotions
- Evaluation and reporting on trade spend and promo performance
- Analysis and validation the claims submitted by the customer
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree Business administration, Economics or similar
- Strong Microsoft Office package knowledge is mandatory with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Access
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI , previous work experience with databases or in FMCG is a plus
- Very good analytical skills and numeric skills, with the ability to pull and work with large data
- Fluent English and Polish with exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience
- Ability to work in flexible and dynamic environment
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Self-learner, willingness to develop skills according to role requirements
- Ability to drive projects that will improve efficiency and accuracy of the current scope
