Overview

Be part of a team servicing Talent Management Operations processes inclusive of Culture, Talent Management Assessments and Continuous Listening initiatives.


Responsibilities

Be part of a team servicing Talent Management Operations processes inclusive of Culture, Talent Management Assessments and Continuous Listening initiatives.
- Acting as a Superuser and gatekeeper for our Talent Management Systems (mainly Successfactors/ SAP).
- Service and operational management of:
. Administration of different Surveys such as organizational health surveys, MPW, Super5 and Insights surveys, including planning, execution, and post-survey reporting
. Co-ordination of technology requirements and partnering with vendor and working on different platforms to support TM initiatives
. Gather and analyze data using advanced reporting (e.g. dynamic dashboards) to help inform strategic decisions.
. Acting as first point of contact, triaging, providing query resolution, analytical support & advice to support process deliverables.
. Own global survey operations governance, ensuring standardization, data accuracy, and adherence to timelines.
. Act as Orgvue platform owner, managing org structures, data integrity, and advanced org analytics.
. Drive continuous improvement and automation of survey and reporting processes
. Collaborate with HR Tech and external vendors to ensure system enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution
. Ensure high-quality stakeholder communication, including survey launches, insights sharing, and executive reporting
. Build capability within HR teams on data interpretation, Orgvue usage, and insights-driven decision making.
. Deliver high quality, timely and efficient process execution, working to process maps, desktop procedures and team performance framework (SLA's & KPI's).



Qualifications

5-6 years of experience working in a HR environment and Shared services HR operations role

. Experience of working across Global markets/ cultures
. Must have strong data management skills, handling large and complex dataset in Excel: (Pivot tables, lookups, data transformation)
. Technical knowledge of HR systems
. Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
. Experience of Talent Management systems/ cloud applications ( ideally SuccessFactors/ SAP)
. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels and cultures.
. Ability to navigate a complex matrixed and virtual environment.
. Advanced excel skills and ability to work with large/ complex data sets - experience with tableau would be desirable.
. Fluent in English, additional European languages desirable.
. Customer focused, and results orientated with attention to detail and solution focused mentality
. Strong sense of ownership, systematic troubleshooting and ability to follow through tasks to completion.
. The ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities with the flexibility to meet the demands of the team when needed
