End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding.
Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, schedule interviews, and engage with stakeholders till the role is fulfilled.
Ensure timely and quality hiring to meet business requirements.
Lead discussions with candidates to address salary expectations, benefits, and other offer details, ensuring a positive and transparent experience.
Build rapport with candidates to effectively address counteroffers and objections, ensuring mutual satisfaction and successful closures.

Promote the company as an employer of choice in the FMCG sector
Maintain an engaging candidate experience that aligns with our brand values.
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with functional heads and other stakeholders to forecast hiring needs.
Serve as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices and provide guidance on talent planning & pipelining
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
3-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Proven track record in hiring for FMCG roles (e.g., Sales, Supply Chain).
Skills
Strong sourcing and networking skills with a focus on passive candidates.
Excellent communication, Offer negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
