Deputy Manager Sustainability ESG - Hetero

Job Description:

• To Coordinate with sites and report on Sustainability Key Performance indicators to ensure progress towards ESG Goals
• Support in the preparation of the Sustainability report
• To prepare and monitor the ESG Management Information System
• To Coordinate for Life Cycle Assessments, Product carbon footprint for the products
• Facilitate the sites by training and capacity building
• To Coordinate with the Sites on data collection and prepare the required documents for Ecovadis/CDP/SR
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to integrate sustainable sourcing and supply chain practices.
• To monitor and improve resource utilization (e.g., energy, water) across manufacturing to reduce environmental impact.
• Collaborate with Cross functional teams to set ambitious targets and strategies for reducing carbon emissions
• To engage with Procurement team on Supplier audits
• To prepare responses for Customers Sustainability questionnaires
• Promote and evaluate the adoption of new sustainable technologies, such as renewable energy and waste-to-energy solutions.

Additional Skills:

• Strong understanding of GHG inventory, CDP, ESG frameworks, such as GRI or other and experience in data collection, analysis and reporting
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex sustainable concepts to diverse audience
• Certification in Sustainability related fields (example: CDP, GRI, LEED) is a plus
• Life Cycle Assessment of the products.
