Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Assist in developing and implementing corporate strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
  • Support strategic initiatives across business units, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
  • Transformation & Change Management:
  • Lead and support business transformation projects, focusing on process improvement, digital transformation, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change management strategies and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Identify areas for innovation and continuous improvement to drive business growth and performance.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
  • Develop project plans, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Support decision-making with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Work closely with senior management, business leaders, and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate strategic objectives and progress effectively.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or strategy (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) are a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 5–8 years of experience in strategy, business transformation, or consulting roles, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic projects, driving transformation initiatives, and supporting business growth.
  • Experience in process improvement, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and project management software.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
