Job Description

  • Develop and implementSupply Chain Management (SCM) strategiesfor material sourcing, equipment procurement, inventory control, and overall operations.
  • Forecast demand and planinventory levelsto ensure optimal product availability while controlling costs.
  • Manage relationships withsuppliers, contract manufacturers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providersto ensure reliable supply and service performance.
  • Drivecontinuous improvement initiativesfocusing on cost reduction, process efficiency, and waste minimization.
  • Overseeinventory planning, including stock levels, reorder points, and safety stock management.
  • Source and negotiate withsuppliers of raw materials, packaging materials, and MRO goodsto achieve competitive pricing and reliable supply.
  • Implement and monitorinventory management systems, including cycle count programs and inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Collaborate with theQC teamto ensure timely material release and compliance with quality documentation requirements.
  • Analyzematerial usage trends and demand forecaststo support effective inventory and procurement decisions.

Qualification:- Any Graduate & MBA in SCM
