Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for third-party / contract manufacturing (TPM) to ensure timely production, quality compliance, and cost-effective delivery aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end coordination with third-party manufacturers for production planning, order execution, and dispatch
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and components at TPM locations
- Coordinate with internal teams (Planning, Procurement, QA, QC, Warehouse, Logistics) for seamless execution
- Track production schedules and ensure adherence to committed timelines and delivery plans
- Monitor inventory levels at third-party sites and optimize stock to avoid shortages or excess
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies at TPM locations
- Handle documentation related to manufacturing, dispatch, and inventory reconciliation
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including delays, capacity constraints, and vendor dependencies
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across logistics, procurement, and manufacturing processes
- Monitor and evaluate third-party vendor performance (quality, cost, delivery, compliance)
- Resolve operational issues and escalations related to third-party manufacturing and supply
- Support new product launches and technology transfers at third-party sites.
