Major Responsibilities
- Assist in Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to Mining market segment.
- Set ambitious growth targets and ensure achievement through focused execution.
- To be a team member to support internal team & regional/segment sales manager and executives
- Own product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development.
- Customize sales approaches for enterprise clients, small businesses, retail consumers, and channel partners.
- Assist in product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Own and drive revenue targets.
- Technical acumen of slurry pumps & its application to various industrial segments
- Monitor sales KPIs, review & plan strategy for achieving the set target.
- Good analytical & technical and presentation skills
- Use data-driven insights to forecast sales and improve performance.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through account management best practices.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- To propose potential avenues to upgrade or add the product basket on the basis of market feedback
- Interact with Product Management and finalise technical specifications by way of Type Series Concept for New Products.
- Undertake various activities listed above for products getting introduced in future
- Work in collaboration with Operations, Contract Management and ensure customer satisfaction.
Preferred 8 - 12 years of experience in Mining Slurry Pump Industry.
