Job Description

Major Responsibilities

  • Assist in Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to Mining market segment.
  • Set ambitious growth targets and ensure achievement through focused execution.
  • To be a team member to support internal team & regional/segment sales manager and executives
  • Own product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development.
  • Customize sales approaches for enterprise clients, small businesses, retail consumers, and channel partners.
  • Assist in product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Own and drive revenue targets.
  • Technical acumen of slurry pumps & its application to various industrial segments
  • Monitor sales KPIs, review & plan strategy for achieving the set target.
  • Good analytical & technical and presentation skills
  • Use data-driven insights to forecast sales and improve performance.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through account management best practices.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
  • To propose potential avenues to upgrade or add the product basket on the basis of market feedback
  • Interact with Product Management and finalise technical specifications by way of Type Series Concept for New Products.
  • Undertake various activities listed above for products getting introduced in future
  • Work in collaboration with Operations, Contract Management and ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred 8 - 12 years of experience in Mining Slurry Pump Industry.
