Job Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager Quality
Location: Manufacturing Plant (HPL Production Line)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Quality professional to lead and manage all quality-related activities for our HPL manufacturing operations and resin plant. The role involves ensuring compliance with corporate quality systems, international standards, and customer requirements while driving continuous improvement in product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities related to HPL production and resin plant operations.
- Ensure implementation and compliance with the Corporate Quality Management System across manufacturing processes.
- Lead and manage compliance with ISO, FSC, CE, and other industry quality standards.
- Handle customer quality complaints and manage the Customer Quality Complaint Management Cell.
- Conduct and coordinate third-party audits for material conformance as per company and customer requirements.
- Ensure incoming raw materials meet company quality standards and quality plan specifications.
- Ensure finished products comply with industry standards such as NEMA LD3, IS 2046, and EN 438 for laminates and compact products.
- Identify non-conformities and raise deviations with process owners.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for customer complaints and internal quality issues.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and initiate corrective actions for deviations in quality, safety, and housekeeping practices.
- Support development of short- and long-term strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Facilitate export product pre-dispatch inspections and approvals as per customer requirements.
- Ensure resin properties and product quality meet required technical standards.
- Support new product development and change management processes.
- Conduct employee training related to quality systems, safety procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures, environmental standards, PPE usage, and 5S practices.
Qualifications
- BE / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Technology
- MSc in Chemistry
- Mechanical Wood Industries & Technology or equivalent qualification
Experience
- 1015 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control within manufacturing, preferably in HPL / laminate / polymer / resin industries.
