Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Supervision:

  • Supervise all industrial and project sales activities and resolve issues while implementing preventive measures to avoid process-related challenges.

Team Leadership & Motivation:

  • Guide and support the sales team, design incentive plans, and motivate staff to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Sales Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand market presence.

Project Sales Management:

  • Manage project sales activities, from lead identification to order closure, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and evaluate the performance of the sales team and implement corrective actions where required.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term working relationships with customers.

Opportunity Identification:

  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging market segments to drive sustained growth.
