JOB DESCRIPTION: Program Management
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure for global regulatory and commercial projects.
- Develop project timelines, risk registers, and mitigation plans aligned with client and internal expectations.
- Take full accountability for Tech Transfer planning and execution across external CMOs.
- Act as a single point of contact for international clients and internal teams for project-related updates. Ensure transparent communication and reporting of project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams including Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to align project goals.
- Ensure deliverables and documentation meet the regulatory standards of US.
- Track country-specific requirements and proactively align project activities accordingly.
