- To ensure smooth functioning of plant production and achieving plant production target through effective & efficient utilization of manpower and other plant resource.
Key Responsibilities
(Performance Indicators)
- Daily Production planning and to run DCS
- Data entry in BPR as per DCS
- OPE/Down Time data entry
- Preparation of permit and area preparation to carry out hot/height/vessel entry jobs
- Plant problem solving and co-ordinate with maintenance team to attend breakdown
- Plant round and highlight UC/UA and log it in system
- DPR, Weekly Report, Monthly Report, Production plan and other reports preparation
- Check list filling
- On time completion of batches in LN
- Improvement planning and Sankalp logging
- Plant round and observation logging in portal
- Physical verification
- New SOP and BPR preparation
- 5S activity
- Budget Preparation
- Execution of unsafe condition observed by other team members
- Maintain Housekeeping in respective area.
