Deputy Manager - Production

Here are tha main job responsibilities:

Planning of micro level operation of respective area of production as per given production target .

Co-ordination with other dept. like Technology, Utility,Safety,Lab.,ETP,Co-gen, TF etc. For smooth operation of plant

To plan shut down activities and co-ordinate with related department for implementation.

Ensure safety compliances as per norms in operation area in plant.

Maintaining records of break down in SAP and maintaining daily and monthly production reports.

Training at shop floor for subordinates to enhance their skills in the plant.

Ensuring the quality of finished product as per specifications.

Ensure follow up of ISO guidelines & implementation of HAZOP,HACCP, FEMIQs recommendations at shop floor ( Including documentation updation )

Ensure proper work permit system gets followed.

Responsible for resource management for smooth functioning of the plant like raw materials, utilities etc.

Here are the main skills-:

• Specific Education - B.E. (Chemical)
• Work Experience - 10+ years of experience.
• Special Skills - Needs to have knowledge about DCS operation , operation of reactors, distillation column, ejectors, pumps , heat exchangers,Cooling tower
