Maruti Suzuki India Limited subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation for the production of automobiles in India, has completed construction of the Plant C, and started production from April 2021.

Maruti Suzuki India Limited Gujarat plant was established in March 2014, aiming to secure production ability in preparation for the automobile market growth in India, as well as for expansion of exports from India. Plant A started operating in February 2017, and Plant B and Powertrain Plant in January 2019. In October 2020, MSIL GJ became the fastest production site of Suzuki to achieve accumulated automobile production of 1 million units.

About the Role

Academic Background BE/B.Tech. in Mechanical/Automobile back ground is preferred

Responsibilities

• Die in-charge (Die development, design, arrangement, modification knowledge of Stamping dies).
• Press and Blanking Die preparation for New model.
• Design check for Stamping and Blanking.
• Die tryout and set up for Production.
• Attachment design and arrangement.
• AUTOCAD/UG NX/Catia knowledge.
• Simulation of Stamping panels *Not required maintenance person.

Qualifications

• Experience 8-12 Years

Required Skills

• To have the experience of the Die set up for 4 wheels New model (Press and Blanking line).
• To have the experience for the management of New model project in Press plant.
• CAD operation skill (Auto CAD, UG).
• Excel, Word operation skill.

• Versatility & Responsibility.
• Preferred Industry: Automobile OEM.
