Overview
This role is responsible for supporting the PBNA Retail team with all sales support activities, including (but not limited to) pricing updates, small account TPM setup & maintenance, customer masterdata maintenance and customer portal update.

Functional Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining TPM tactics for unplanned portfolio and settlements
- Process Customer Master data and Pricing request, ensuring conformance to established data quality standards and service level agreements
- Ensuring that aligned events that require on-ticket pricing changes and/or off-ticket adjustments are entered into all applicable systems in a timely manner (TPM)
- Maintain customer contracts central repository, ensuring consistency between master documents and Pricing on system
- Point of contact for customer queries relating to product range changes, pricing and claims, ensuring responsiveness and quick resolution
- Manage expectations through verbal and written interactions with internal teams that includes sales, Finance and Control
- Continuous improvement recommendations and implementation
- Maintain SOP documentation for all activities
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Business / Commerce
- 5-6 years of experience in Finance/Sales (for L5)
- Exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience
- Analytical Skills: Ability to understand and translate delivery performance, identify opportunity & risks, and adjust develop and implement
- Time Management/Organization: Solid capability to manage and prioritize schedule
- Proactive, responsive and results driven
- High attention to detail
