CTC: Up to ₹6.5 LPA (Approx. ₹50K in-hand)

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic
Deputy Manager – Operations with hands-on experience in
store operations and line feed management within a
tractor or heavy machinery manufacturing environment. The role involves ensuring seamless material flow to production lines while maintaining optimal inventory levels and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store operations including inventory control, stock accuracy, and material handling
- Ensure timely line feeding to production to avoid downtime
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams for smooth material flow
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels and reduce wastage
- Handle production line support activities and troubleshoot material-related issues
- Implement and follow lean manufacturing practices for operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate records using ERP systems
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in tractor manufacturing / heavy machinery plant
- Strong experience in Store Operations & Line Feed Management
- Good understanding of inventory control & material handling
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Exposure to lean manufacturing practices
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
