Deputy Manager – Production Planning & Control

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager – Production Planning & Control, located in Belagavi. The role involves developing and implementing production plans, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring on-time delivery of products. Additional responsibilities include coordinating between departments, monitoring production schedules, and identifying areas for improvement in processes to enhance productivity and quality. The candidate will also handle team leadership tasks, ensure compliance with industry standards, and oversee reporting and analytics.

• Strong skills in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and continuous process improvement techniques
• Expertise in quality control processes and compliance with industry standards
• Effective team leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with aerospace industry practices and supply chain management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
• Experience with ERP systems, scheduling software, and data-driven decision-making is highly valued
