Job Title: Deputy Manager - MEP (QS)
Work Location: Hyderabad (Nallagandla Site)
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in Related field
Experience: 7 to 12 years of experience in real estate
Roles Responsibilities
- Managing the site team.
- Reviewing of WMS and TDS.
- Checking the drawings prior to installation.
- Checking the materials as per specifications mentioned in BOQ.
- Preparing Material inspection report.
- Reviewing of TDS of all materials.
- Monitoring works quality activities on daily basis and providing clearance to civil team.
- Preparing daily work done reports of all activities.
- Maintaining the records of all checklists and JMS sheets.
- Maintaining of all drawing of hard copies.
- Coordinating with civil team, electrical, contractors, PMO and PMC.
- Raising RFI based on the site issues.
- Conducting progress review meetings.
- Commissioning and handover of system.
Qualifications
Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in Related field
