Deputy Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative resource for this role which will focus on leisure marketing, F&B marketing, and experiential offerings. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and possess a strong understanding of the market trends and consumer behavior.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth in leisure segments and other verticals.
- Support in develop and implementing marketing strategies to drive incremental bookings, F&B orders, Sleeep Boutique Sales that enhance guest experiences.
- Collaborate and support in executing marketing plans for food and beverage offerings, including promotions, events, and new product launches.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with menu development.
- Develop and manage engaging content strategies for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Identify and cultivate strategic collaborations that enhance our brand visibility and offerings in social and digital media.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers.
- Collaborate with experts to create marketing content that highlights our commitment to health and well-being.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or leisure sectors.
- Strong understanding of social media strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
