Deputy Manager / Manger Architect

Job Description:

• Manage and coordinate architectural design development from concept to construction documentation.
• Act as the single-point interface between external architects, consultants (MEP, Structural, Landscape, Faade), and internal teams
• Review and validate layouts, unit plans, elevations, sections, faade concepts, and material palettes in line with project brief and brand standards.

• Statutory & Regulatory Coordination
• Coordinate preparation and review of drawings for local authority approvals (sanctions, fire)
• Ensure compliance with UDCPR, NBC, fire norms, accessibility standards, and local development regulations.
• Support approval follow-ups and respond to authority queries in coordination with consultants.

• Execution & Site Support
• Support project execution teams with construction-ready drawings, clarifications, and design resolutions.
• Review shop drawings, mock-ups, material samples, and faade details.
• Participate in site reviews, quality audits, and coordination meetings to ensure design intent is maintained on site.
• Resolve design conflicts arising during execution in a timely manner.

• Marketing & Sales Support
• Coordinate with marketing teams for brochures, renders, sample flats, walkthroughs, and mock-ups.
• Review marketing collaterals for design accuracy and compliance.
• Support sales teams with design clarifications and customer-centric modifications, where applicable.

• Team & Stakeholder Management
• Conduct design review meetings and maintain proper documentation, MOMs, and approval records.
• Proactively identify risks related to design, approvals, or execution and escalate appropriately.
