The Opportunity

Acumen is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to join our Human Resources team and support hiring across a range of roles within the organisation. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to recruitment efforts across multiple functions and geographies while working closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.

The role will involve supporting end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment data tracking, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while helping the organisation attract high-quality talent.

This role requires someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. As Acumen operates across multiple international markets, the role may also involve exposure to global hiring processes and collaboration with teams across different regions.

The candidate will work on a full-time basis and is expected to demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. These responsibilities are indicative of the type of work the role holder will initially undertake and may evolve depending on organisational requirements and the successful candidate's skills and experience.

Role Summary

In this role, you will support Acumen's recruitment initiatives by assisting in sourcing, evaluating, and coordinating candidates across multiple positions. You will contribute to maintaining recruitment data, supporting hiring managers through the recruitment lifecycle, and helping ensure a positive candidate experience.

The position offers exposure to recruitment across international markets and provides opportunities to build expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment analytics, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support end-to-end recruitment across all levels and geographies, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define effective hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and talent mapping.
  • Conduct candidate screening and evaluation, assessing suitability against role requirements and organisational fit.
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including interview coordination, candidate engagement, and stakeholder communication.
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to provide guidance, updates, and ensure efficient hiring outcomes.
  • Analyse hiring trends and sourcing effectiveness to support data-driven recruitment strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce automation and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience.

Information and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring documentation.
  • Prepare recruitment dashboards and periodic hiring reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Track key recruitment metrics such as pipeline status, time-to-hire, and interview progress.
  • Provide insights on recruitment activity and pipeline health to support workforce planning.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or Human Resources would be preferred.
  • Exposure to global recruitment or hiring across multiple locations would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals is desirable.

  • Ability to manage recruitment data, hiring trackers, and candidate databases effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and derive insights.
