Support project teams in preparation of the tender documents, assistance in responding to legal queries, providing legal assistance in the contract management.
Draft, review, interpret, and provide actionable guidance on existing project contracts (Letter of Appointments, joint venture agreement, subcontractor agreements, confidentiality agreements etc.).
Support litigation-related activities as required, including coordination with external counsel and managing tasks within ongoing projects.
Conduct due diligence and assist with contract-related decisions arising during project execution.
Providing legal opinion to guide project team in decision making and risk mitigation
Maintain records of legal documents of the company, contractual issues and decisions.
Requirements:
LLB with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Experience of drafting Bidding documents (Request for Qualification, Request for Proposal and concession agreement) for infrastructure projects developed on PPP basis.
Preference for experience in providing legal support for Ports and Road projects. Less priority for Real Estate sector
Strong skills in contract drafting, and advisory support.
