Job Description:

  • Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain monthly training completion dashboards for classroom and self-paced programs.
  • Dashboard Automation: Automate reporting dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
  • Data Accuracy & Validation: Validate manual training data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ad-hoc Reporting: Prepare custom reports for stakeholders based on specific requirements.
  • Schedule Reports: Manage training schedules, cancellations, and update reports as needed.
  • Attendance Upload: Validate and upload training attendance records on the LMS.
  • Completion Reports on Glint: Validate course completion reports on Glint.

Key Skills:

  • Advanced Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
  • VBA for automation.
  • Power Query for data transformation.
  • Advanced Pivots for data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of data relationships.
  • Platforms: LMS (Learning Management System).LXP (Learning Experience Platforms).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of L&D.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to work 24/7 as required.
