Job Title: Strategic Executive Assistant & Project Management Officer (PMO) to CEO

Role Overview
The Strategic EA & Project Management to CEO will act as an extension of the CEO, supporting strategic planning, cross‑functional execution, and high‑impact projects, particularly in the BESS and renewable energy domain. This role goes beyond traditional EA responsibilities and requires strong business acumen, project governance expertise, and exceptional stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support to CEO
Act as a trusted partner to the CEO in managing business priorities, strategic initiatives, and decision support.
Prepare board decks, strategic presentations, investor notes, and management reports.
Track and follow up on CEO‑level action items, ensuring closure across functions.
Conduct market, competitor, and sector-level research in BESS, energy storage, and renewable ecosystems.
Project & Program Management (CEO Office PMO)
Own And Manage CEO-sponsored Strategic Projects, Including
BESS expansion programs
New market entry initiatives
Strategic partnerships and JVs
Large EPC / infrastructure programs
Define project plans, milestones, success metrics, and governance frameworks.
Drive cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Projects, Finance, Legal, HR, and Commercial teams.
Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate proactively to the CEO.
Stakeholder & Governance Management
Serve as the single point of coordination between the CEO and:
Board of Directors
Investors / external partners
CXOs and functional heads
Manage board meeting logistics, agenda planning, minutes, and follow-ups.
Ensure confidential handling of strategic and sensitive information at all times.
Business & Performance Analytics
Monitor organizational KPIs & OKRs, project dashboards, and business performance metrics.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly CEO review packs.
Support CEO in performance reviews and strategic assessments.
Executive & Administrative Excellence
Manage high-impact calendar planning, prioritization, and travel planning.
Filter information and ensure CEO engagement only on high-value, decision-centric matters.
Support crisis management and time-sensitive decision-making.
Professional Experience
Required Skills & Competencies
8–12+ years of experience as:
Strategic EA to CXO/CEO
PMO / Chief of Staff / Strategy Execution roles
Proven experience handling CEO office operations and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Direct exposure to BESS, renewable energy, power, EPC, or infrastructure sectors (strongly preferred).
Core Skill Sets
Strong project management and execution discipline.
High business and financial acumen.
Excellent ability to understand technical & commercial discussions in BESS and energy storage.
