Job Purpose
The purpose of the job role will be Business Development as a part of the business expansion journey of the company
Principal Accountabilities (Role & Responsibilities)
- Propagate company vision & mission among customers and salespeople in the field.
- Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.
- Conduct market research and gather market intelligence data related to potential clients related to portfolios - Independent Power producer (IPP) & Captive Power Producer (CPP)
- Generate leads & inquiries and approach potential customers to market the product
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their requirements
- Use technical expertise when explaining project plans and discounts.
- Conduct regular meetings with existing customers and ensure they remain satisfied and ensure positive feedback and reference
- Coordinate with various internal depts. for proper & timely execution of orders / PPAs
Qualification/Competencies
Educational qualifications: any Graduate Preference BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Preferred Industries: Solar/Heavy Machinery industry/any other

- Target Oriented & Aggressive approach
- Capability of achieve targets based on the guidelines of the company's goals.
- Good Communication & Presentation Skills
- Ability to build strategic and long-term relationships
- Willing to travel across Country.
- Candidates having experience in Renewable energy will be preferred
- Candidates having their own vehicle (four-wheeler) will be an added advantage
- Ability to market the brand and ensure customer satisfaction
- Techno-commercial candidates may add an advantage
