Role Purpose

Responsible for efficient operation, maintenance, and energy optimization of HVAC systems, ensuring high reliability, safety compliance, and optimal passenger comfort across airport facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operation and maintenance of chillers and HVAC systems to ensure maximum performance and uptime
• Drive energy conservation initiatives through audits, optimization, and automation
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
• Manage HVAC inventory, procurement coordination, and vendor performance
• Coach and mentor HVAC technicians, driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Work Experience:

7+ years and Minimum 5 years experience in Handling central chilling plant above 2000 Tons capacity with above 500 tons of individual chiller.
