Job Title: Deputy Manager HR
Location: Sanand , Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR functions in a factory setup as an HR Generalist
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
- Drive Performance Management System (PMS) processes
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Manage and maintain HR systems/software
- Lead HR development (HRD) initiatives and organizational programs
Desire Candidate :
- Any graduate / PG Diploma with 10 + years of experience in HR , IR, Admin activities .
- Person should have worked in manufacturing set up.
