Responsibilities

Job Scope:

This role encompasses end-to-end management of HR systems and operations, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and compliance. It involves partnering with internal HR teams and external vendors to drive seamless HR processes, support system optimization, and deliver actionable insights through MIS and dashboards to enable informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with external HR system vendors/partners to ensure smooth system functioning, timely resolution of issues, and implementation of system upgrades or enhancements.
  • Maintain and manage employee data within HR systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee and execute HR system transactions related to onboarding, employee movements (transfers/promotions), exits, and other lifecycle processes.
  • Provide day-to-day support to HR teams and end-users by addressing system-related queries, generating reports, and conducting basic user training where required.
  • Monitor HR system performance, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Manage user access controls, roles, and permissions while ensuring data confidentiality, security, and audit readiness.
  • Prepare and analyse HR MIS reports and dashboards providing actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Coordinate for compliance-related activities, audits, and documentation to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee attendance management processes, ensuring accurate tracking, validation, and system updates.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in HR operations, including process standardization and system optimization.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS or HR Shared Services.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field MBA preferred.
