Job Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-6 years of experience to support the Group's global tax and accounting functions. The role involves working with finance and tax teams across multiple jurisdictions and handling areas such as group tax consolidation, tax accounting, Pillar Two compliance, Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), global recharges, and transfer pricing documentation. The position requires strong accounting knowledge and the ability to coordinate with overseas entities.

Requirements:
  • Group Tax Consolidation:
    Assist in consolidating tax information from group entities across jurisdictions for global tax reporting and internal analysis.
  • Tax Accounting & Provisioning:
    Prepare and support tax provisions, including current and deferred tax calculations, in line with applicable accounting standards.
  • Pillar Two Compliance:
    Support compliance with the global minimum tax framework issued by theOrganisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, including data collection, validation, and calculations.
  • Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR):
    Assist in preparation, review, and reconciliation of CbCR data and support filing requirements in relevant jurisdictions.
  • Global Recharges / Intercompany Transactions:
    Manage intercompany recharge processes, ensure appropriate documentation, and coordinate with global entities for accurate accounting.
  • Transfer Pricing Documentation:
    Support preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation and related supporting schedules.
  • Tax Query Management:
    Respond to tax-related queries from overseas group entities and provide data/support for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accounting & Financial Coordination:
    Work closely with finance teams to ensure proper accounting treatment of tax-related entries and adherence to general accounting principles.
  • Cross-border Coordination:
    Liaise regularly with overseas finance and tax teams to ensure consistency in tax reporting and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in corporate tax, tax accounting, or finance roles.
  • Strong understanding of tax provisioning and general accounting.
  • Exposure to transfer pricing, CbCR, or Pillar Two will be an advantage.
  • Experience working with intercompany transactions and global stakeholders is preferred.
