Assist in producing monthly payroll accurately and on time
Upload payslips to Oracle Self-serve each month
Administer salaries control ledger accurately
Reconcile monthly income tax and NI balances before submission to Accounts / HMRC
Manage season ticket arrangements and deductions in payroll
Assist in year-end processes and production of P11Ds for employees
Handle payroll-related queries from employees or escalate to senior colleagues as appropriate
Liaise with other departments (Accounts, IT) as needed
Keep up-to-date with payroll and taxation legislation changes
Maintain payroll files and communications in accordance with company standards
Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley standards
Support other company areas as required
