Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead end-to-end source-to-contract projects for assigned indirect categories, delivering on schedule and to agreed objectives. - Negotiate commercial terms and execute contracts that meet business needs and ensure compliant supplier relationships. - Deliver savings and value initiatives aligned with agreed targets and finance requirements. - Work with global category and local procurement teams to implement sourcing strategies and contract management. - Resolve stakeholder escalations with clear, timely decisions and effective communication. Why You Working model: This role is hybrid. You will be expected to work from our India office regularly and be available for in-person collaboration. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - 6-8 years of procurement or sourcing experience, with strong exposure to indirect categories. - Proven track record in commercial negotiations and contract management in indirect categories. - Experience delivering measurable savings and benefits across multi-country or multi-stakeholder projects. - Practical knowledge of supplier lifecycle management, risk assessment and compliance. - Familiarity with sourcing execution tools such as Ariba, Fair Markit or equivalent systems. - Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Experience working in a global procurement centre or shared services environment. - Knowledge of procurement policies, savings methodology and financial reporting in a large organisation. - Background in Corporate & Professional services category sourcing. - Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority. - Experience working in regulated environments and handling complex supplier transitions. - Additional language skills or exposure to cross-cultural stakeholder engagement.
